FEBRUARY 7, 2016 - The annual running of the Georgia Boot 'Super Bowl of Racing' wrapped up earlier this afternoon at Golden Isles (GA) Speedway with the conclusion of the finale, which boasted a hefty $15,000 winner's check. In preliminary action held last night before Mother Nature intervened, Ivedent Lloyd, Jr. knocked down the second fastest lap in Group A during Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series time trials and later grabbed the fourth and final transfer spot through his heat race. After rolling off from the inside of the eighth row in today's 60-lapper, Ivedent raced hard early in the distance before eventually pulling into the pits and settling for a twentieth place performance.

FEBRUARY 6, 2016 - Golden Isles Speedway in Brunswick, Georgia opened early today for the rain-postponed 'Edwin Coggins Memorial,' which was washed out on Thursday. Ivedent Lloyd, Jr. unfortunately was not able to transfer into the $7,000 to win main event after finishing seventh in his heat race and sixth in his B-Main. The regularly scheduled 'Super Bowl of Racing' finale at GIS tonight was rained-out during preliminary action and the final B-Main and the $15,000 to win headliner have been pushed back to Sunday afternoon, February 7.

FEBRUARY 5, 2016 - The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series officially kicked off their 2016 racing season tonight with their first points battle of the year in the Georgia Boot 'Super Bowl of Racing' at Golden Isles (GA) Speedway and a $10,000 top prize was on the line. Ivedent Lloyd, Jr., who debuted a new Longhorn Chassis, clicked off the fifteenth fastest lap in Group A during qualifying prior to vaulting up to third in his loaded heat race. After starting the 50-lapper from the inside of the fifth row, Ivedent ran as high as seventh in the running order early in the distance before fading to sixteenth at the checkers.

FEBRUARY 4, 2016 - Due to heavy rain, tonight's opener to the Georgia Boot 'Super Bowl of Racing' at Golden Isles Speedway near Brunswick, Georgia has been postponed until Saturday afternoon, February 6. The $7,000 to win 'Edwin Coggins Memorial' will start with hot laps at 11:00am and will proceed Saturday evening's weekend finale at GIS, which boasts a $15,000 payday. Things will now kick off in the Peach State on Friday with the regularly scheduled $10,000 to win Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series shootout. FEBRUARY 3, 2016 - During Super Late Model practice tonight, Ivedent Lloyd, Jr. took car owner James Simons up on his offer to drive a GIS Late Model to compete for the $2,500 top prize at Golden Isles Speedway near Brunswick, Georgia. Ivedent qualified fifteenth fastest in the time trial session and later started the 30-lap main event from the inside of the eighth row. The Ocala, Florida ace then proceeded to pick off six competitors during the A-Main to score a hard-fought ninth place performance.

JANUARY 30, 2016 - A pair of NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series spectaculars closed out the Crate portion of the 'Bubba Army Winter Nationals' tonight at Bubba (FL) Raceway Park. In the $3,000 to win show, Ivedent Lloyd, Jr. won his consolation race prior to picking off four competitors in the A-Main en route to a solid sixth place performance. The doubleheader evening wrapped up with the rain-postponed 'Chevrolet Performance World Championship,' which was originally contested last November. Ivedent started from the outside of the third row in the $10,000 to win main event, but a couple of flat tires caused him to retire around the halfway mark of the 100-lapper in the fifteenth position.

JANUARY 29, 2016 - Ivedent Lloyd, Jr. kicked off his 2016 season tonight with the 'Bubba Army Winter Nationals' opener at the nearby Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Florida. Ivedent laid down the fifteenth quickest lap of the 54 entrants during NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series qualifying, but later ran into problems early in his B-Main and wound up eleventh in the final finishing order. Unfortunately, the Ocala native was unable to make the start in the 40-lap headliner, which boasted a $2,500 payday and was won by Josh Richards.

JANUARY 28, 2016 - Tonight's scheduled season opener for the Ivedent Lloyd Racing team was rained out at Bubba Raceway Park in Ocala, Florida. The $2,000 to win NeSmith Chevrolet Dirt Late Model Series showdown will not be rescheduled. The 2016 lid lifter for Ivedent Lloyd, Jr. is now scheduled to take place tomorrow night at BRP with $2,500 going to the winner.
