JR. LIGHT AT SCALES FOLLOWNG WAY-X WIN...
11, 2015 - Ocala, Florida native Ivedent Lloyd, Jr.
jumped back behind the wheel of David Clegg's racecar for his
season opener on Saturday, January 10 at Waycross Motor Speedway
in Waycross, Georgia. The National Late Model Series (NLMS)
rolled into Waycross to preside over a $4,000 to win showdown.
Ivedent clicked off the fourth quickest lap during the qualifying
session, which lined him up starting from the outside of the
second row in the 40-lap headliner. He then moved into the lead
shortly after the halfway mark in the race and appeared to have
captured the $4,000 payday by leading at the checkers. However,
his machine weighed in twenty pounds light at the scales and
Ivedent was unfortunately disqualified. Complete results from
WMS can be obtained by clicking on www.wayxspeedway.com.
