14, 2016 - Ivedent Lloyd, Jr. and Richard Ferry's #17
team traveled to Needmore Speedway in Norman Park, Georgia on
November 12-13 for the annual 'Early Bird' weekend. On Saturday
night in the $2,000 to win weekend opener, Ivedent posted the
eleventh quickest time during the qualifying session, but his
belts came off the motor early in the 25-lapper and he wound
up retiring in the eighteenth position. In the 'Early Bird'
finale on Sunday, Ivedent qualified fourth fastest in time trials
and was running fourth in the 50-lap headliner before his brake
caliper locked up. The Ocala, Florida ace was able to hang on
to finish sixth in the $5,000 to win affair - trailing only
victor Rhett Carter, Jason Fitzgerald, Kyle Van Sickle, Ryan
Van Sickle, and Chad Tuten. Full results from Needmore can be

points during preliminary competition, Ivedent started Sunday's
100-lap headliner from the inside of the seventh row. The Ocala,
Florida ace unfortunately went down a lap early in the $20,000
